Dr. Bromwich is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada specializing in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery (ENT). He completed his residency training at the University of Western Ontario and sub-specialized in Pediatric ENT at the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital in Ohio.
Dr. Bromwich has over 14 years of leadership experience in medical research, policy, and technology. He has published his research in the areas of Pediatric Surgery, Telemedicine, Active Noise Cancellation Audiometry, and BPPV amongst others. He has successfully authored multiple technology transfer grants and has been awarded the PSI Research Award (2006), the CSCI Research Award (2006), and the Scientific Achievement Award (2007) from the University of Western Ontario. Dr. Bromwich was also awarded the Stars in Global Health Award (2013) from the Government of Canada. He holds 4 patents and he and his team have succeeded in being granted over $2,500,000 in technology development and research funding since 2009. He is a member of the Ontario Medical Association (OMA), Canadian Medical Association (CMA), American College of Surgeons (ACS), Canadian Society of Otolaryngology (CSO) and the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery (AAO-HNS). He is the founder and current chief medical officer at Clearwater Clinical Limited.
Sieg holds a Masters Degree in Digital Signal Processing from the University of Delaware in Newark, Delaware, USA and an Engineering Degree in High-Frequency Technology from FH Mannheim, Germany.
